{ERRORS}
DIGITAL ORDERS: Upon receipt of the digital file, please be sure to review the invitation thoroughly. If a correction needs to be made, we will gladly do so, even if the error was in the information you provided. However, if you proceed with having your invitation printed and realize that you made the error, we cannot be responsible for the printing costs incurred, but will gladly make the revision and send you the new file at no charge.

PRINT ORDERS: You will have the opportunity to review and approve your invitation before it is printed. During the review process, if a correction needs to be made, we will gladly do so, even if the error was in the information you provided. However, if the invitation is printed with an error in the information you provided, we cannot be responsible for the printing costs incurred.  From time to time, errors do occur. If we made the error, please contact us and we will have the items reprinted. Items that need to be reprinted due to our error are given a priority RUSH status at no additional charge and are printed at no cost to you.

{SHIPPING}
DIGITAL ORDERS: Your file(s) will be sent to the email address you provide during checkout, within the processing time you choose when placing your order. (2 to 3 business days or within 24 hours). Please keep in mind that custom orders may take a little longer.

PRINT ORDERS: Printed invitations are shipped within 3 business days of proof approval. Free FedEx shipping is included for US customers and usually arrive within 2-3 business days. A shipping notification and tracking number will be sent to you via email upon shipping. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail with delivery confirmation. International rates apply and delivery time varies.

{RETURNS}
ALL ORDERS: Due to the custom nature of our products, once work has begun, your order is not refundable. However, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your experience, so please let us know if there is an issue and we'll do our best to make you happy.

DIGITAL ORDERS: Social Party & Paper is only responsible for the design and proper preparation of your digital files. All digital files are set up for professional printing.If you are printing at home or with a local printer, we cannot be held responsible for the end result of your printed project. We guarantee a high quality file for you to use for printing, but cannot guarantee how your printer will print them out. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for costs associated with poor print quality due to a third party printer.

PRINT ORDERS: Once your proof has been approved and sent to the printer, we cannot make changes. Please review and approve your digital proof before the printing process. However, if you should need to have your order redone, it will be processed with courtesy rush processing.


{COLOR VARIATIONS}
By purchasing, you are acknowledging that you understand that printed colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, as well as from one printer to another; therefore, Social Party & Paper cannot be responsible for color variations. The color displayed on your screen may not be the EXACT color that is printed. Because there are many variables that may affect printing results, no refunds or revisions of colors may be done if you don't like the color that is printed versus the color you see on your screen.
