WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
DIGITAL ORDERS: Your file(s) will be sent to the email address you provide during checkout, within the processing time you choose when placing your order. (2 to 3 business days or within 24 hours). Please keep in mind that custom orders may take a little longer.

PRINT ORDERS: Printed invitations are shipped within 3 business days of proof approval. Free FedEx shipping is included for US customers and usually arrive within 2-3 business days. A shipping notification and tracking number will be sent to you via email upon shipping. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail with delivery confirmation. International rates apply and delivery time varies.

I AM IN A HURRY, HOW CAN I GET MY ORDER FASTER?
We offer a 24 Hour RUSH service on our processing time for the digital file or proof for approval. This means that you will receive the digital file/proof for approval within 24 hours of purchase. Please ensure that you have provided all of the information needed to complete your invitation. Please note that failure to provide all of the necessary information may cause a delay in processing. For print orders, once it is approved, printing will proceed as normal.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
International shipping is available. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail with delivery confirmation. International rates apply and delivery time varies, so no guarantee of delivery date can be provided.

CAN I SEE A PROOF OF MY ORDER BEFORE IT PRINTS?
A proof for review and approval will be sent to the email address you provide during checkout, within the processing time you choose when placing your order. (2 to 3 business days or within 24 hours). If there are no revisions to be made and it is approved by you, it will be sent to print; however, if a correction needs to be made, we will revise it and send it back for review and approval.

WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF PRINTED INVITATIONS?
Invitations are professionally printed with a matte finish on high quality 120 lb. eggshell ultra white cover stock. All printed invitations come with white envelopes.

HOW DO I PRINT THE DIGITAL FILE THAT WILL BE EMAILED TO ME?
AT HOME: Your invitation may be printed at home if you feel that your printer will give you the results that you desire. Please note that most home printers cannot handle cardstock thicker than #80/60lb cover stock. If you would like thicker invitations (we recommend 100-130 lb), we suggest that you have your invitations professionally printed.

PRINT SHOP: You may have your invitation printed at photo labs such as Walmart, Walgreens, Costco, or at office supply stores such as Office Depot, Staples or Kinkos. 

On the few occasions that our customers are unhappy with their printing, it is almost always a result of the print shop chose, how the customer has downloaded and submitted their file, or the customer is trying to print to a size that the invitation is not set up for. For better printing results, we suggest the following:
*Don't use mobile devices/cell phones to save and/or send files to the printer.
*Make sure you know where you'll be sending your files to print and if they have "odd" sizes. Our invitations are set up to print 5x7 (file size is 5.25x7.25).
*Ask for a test print or proof from your printer before ordering a large number of prints.

If you are not satisfied with your third party printing experience, please check with the printer before contacting us. We are happy to verify that the file you were sent has been prepared correctly.

WHAT IF I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER?
DIGITAL ORDERS: Upon receipt of the digital file, please be sure to review the invitation thoroughly. If a correction needs to be made, we will gladly do so, even if the error was in the information you provided. However, if you proceed with having your invitation printed and realize that you made the error, we cannot be responsible for the printing costs incurred, but will gladly make the revision and send you the new file at no charge.
PRINT ORDERS: You will have the opportunity to review and approve your invitation before it is printed. During the review process, if a correction needs to be made, we will gladly do so, even if the error was in the information you provided. However, if the invitation is printed with an error in the information you provided, we cannot be responsible for the printing costs incurred.  From time to time, errors do occur. If we made the error, please contact us and we will have the items reprinted. Items that need to be reprinted due to our error are given a priority RUSH status at no additional charge and are printed at no cost to you.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase (except for RUSH orders), as long as we have not started working on it.
